LADYBUG, LADYBUG

I spent the better part of the day figuring out how to make cupcake lollis into ladybugs. The biggest challenges were making the body longer (leaves less room for the lollipop stick) getting the fondant head to stick on and finding something edible that would work to make the antennae. The heads were made out of black fondant (and glued on with red chocolate) and the antennae were made out of black jelly beans with little fondant balls on the top. These pictures show the result... not the best on time per piece, but pretty darn cute!
