This cake was for 1st birthday party held at the Birchwood Manor in Whippany, NJ held on February 14th (hearts, hearts, hearts!) The cake was alternating layers of Best Ever Vanilla and I Remember Chocolate with chocolate and vanilla buttercream. We also created 11 lollipop bouquets which were used as the table centerpieces.
