This cake was for a 75th birthday celebration. The birthday boy's father owned a tug boat company and this is the picture of the boat they gave me to replicate. The cake was our best ever vanilla with vanilla buttercream. The boat was surrounded on the bottom with blue royal icing to mimic the water...
On Sunday morning I received the following email:
"Just wanted to thank you again for doing such an amazing job with my dad's cake! It truly was the talk of the party...people couldn't believe it was a cake!!! My dad was blown away...he couldn't believe the level of detail!!!"
